Award winning animation studio is seeking a very experienced freelance After Effects compositor / Designer to work on several ongoing projects.
We are looking for enthusiastic artists who are able to thrive under the pressure of a deadline-driven environment. Must communicate and work well with Director and teammates.
Applicants MUST have the following:
-High After Effects and Photoshop skills
-Strong compositing, design, and typography background
-Ability to work unsupervised, as well as under the supervision of the director and with other members of the production dept.
-Excellent communication and organization skills
-Meticulous attention to detail and a trustworthy & reliable nature
-Ability to multi-task
-Live locally to Los Angeles
-Minimum of 3 years compositing experience
In addition, understanding of stereoscopic production is a plus. Experience in commercial production is also preferred.
This position is a contract position for a term of 4-6 weeks, with the possibility of future full-time employment. Salary will be determined and is commensurate with experience.
